I know it's hard to do w/ like 2 ft of snow outside the door (if your area has been hit by storms like mine, LOL), but these dresses may add some warmer weather thoughts.

I know it's been a long time since this blog was updated, but what can I say?? I was busy :P But! Big News! I opened a store! Yes! It's called ~Le~ Fashions and has boutique-style clothing and will have some dressy stuff too. Right now I'm having a 50% off sale until the first of the year. Saving Money/Cutting Corners

What a rough time for the stock market, Yikes! I generally don't pay much attention to the stock market; I mean one doesn't have to worry when one doesn't have a whole lotta stock right? But I'm starting to get worried, for real. It's belt-tightening time folks! I discovered a great way to cut food costs:

Freeganism!!

Freegans are those who have decided not to be consumers anymore, or at least as little as possible. The most startling thing about them is that they eat food that others have not. Yup, they are dumpster divers, oops I mean they practice "waste reclamation". By choice no less. They are freegans by choice, not like your typical homeless person. Many of them have incomes well into six figures!

Regular consumers drive cars too, so they avoid that as much as possible.

In a conversation I had with Encore Mayne where she invited me to become a contributing member of her blog, (yay, thanks Encore!!) she asked if I had my own. I told her yes, I have a blog, and no there's nothing on it. She asked why, and I said I didn't know what to write about. She said write about YOU. I've been pondering that...

What do I find funny for instance? Lots of things! Mostly silly stuff.
A couple months ago I happened upon lolcats. I laughed til I cried, and I mean tears squirting out of my eyes, belly hurting, all that. Not many people I know think they are as funny as I do, heh, but I have a twisted sense of humor sometimes. What is an lolcat you may ask? Wikipedia defines it/them as:

A lolcat is an image combining a photograph, most frequently a cat, with a humorous and idiosyncratic caption in (often) broken English—a dialect which is known as "lolspeak", or "kitteh". The name "lolcat" is a compound word of "LOL" and "cat".

This here is my absolute favorite:

I never wanted to have a blog, not really. I'm a rabid reader of blogs in anyway related to Second LifeTM, and to post to one of them I had to create my own, so here I am. Oh, and please note I put the TM after the name Second LifeTM so I won't get arrested :P And now you know how I came up with the name for my blog, heh.
